Auberle Seeks: Therapist with Homebuilders®

We are seeking an effective leader for the position of Therapist in our Homebuilders® Program. Homebuilders® is an evidence-based model designed to assist families in a time of crisis that are at imminent risk of having one or more of their children removed or not returned to them because of a serious issue within the family system. We offer a supportive team environment, excellent clinical supervision, and comprehensive training, including at least 60 hours of workshop training in the initial year (CEUs provided)

Key Objectives of this Role:       

  • Provide Intensive Family Preservation Services using the Homebuilders® model
  • Employ crisis intervention, counseling, skill building, concrete services, and advocacy techniques to create positive outcomes with those served
  • Serve two to three families at a time whose children are at imminent risk of out-of-home placement, or who are in placement and cannot be reunified without intensive in-home services
  • Provide services primarily in client homes and be available to respond to client crises when they occur
